All new in 2024 a 60' slip @31R on Boathouse 8 in Mill Creek Resort and Marina. Added 15ft of new decking which includes a lower deck for unloading. We have our 32ft mailbu stored here on a newly installed hydrohoist. The slip is for sale for $15,000 including all the work done on new decking and new back metal fence .
