All new in 2024 a 60′ slip @31R on Boathouse 8 in Mill Creek Resort and Marina. Added 15ft of new decking which includes a lower deck for unloading. We have our 32ft Malibu stored here on a newly installed hydrohoist. The slip is for sale for $15,000 including all the work done on new decking and new back metal fence . The slip was originally bare so the slip improvements as far as furnishings are sold separately, need to ask owner. The Hydrohoist is a 12,500 pound hoist and is also sold separately by the owner.
The slip is newly finished with brand new Quartz counters, custom kitchen cabinets, new sink and faucet a new TV 55″ (installed 5-20-26), Stainless steel fridge. The furniture would be included with the improvements which would include a is a sectional couch w table & 2 stools. a heavy duty wood kitchen table, 3 installed rugs, 2 whispered fans, lights and there’s a swing at end of dock. We added carpeting down both fingers and carpeted stairs. Newly installed cable link back fence. All is sold separately and negotiable with owner. The marina handles every sale. Once you are approved and sign your slip agreement, the Usage Interest transfers to you at closing. Improvements are sold as they are, so take a look before you buy.
