A unit pays the rate for the service level of the site it occupies. Weekly and monthly prices are a price, not permission to stay longer than the limits below.
How long you can stay
Our federal lease with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers caps camping at 30 nights in any 60 consecutive days and 180 nights in any 12 months. Nobody may use a site, a vessel or anything else here as a residence, full-time or part-time. Only the Corps can authorize an exception, in writing.

- Storage runs on a 12- or 24-month agreement, paid monthly or prepaid. There is no month-to-month.
- A stored unit stays powered down, except to maintain batteries or protect against freezing or heat. Heavy use may be metered and billed at the Electric Reimbursement Rate.
- Holding tanks are emptied at a dump station before the unit goes into storage.
- The unit and its gear fit entirely within the assigned space, tongue and overhang included.
- You insure the stored unit against loss, theft and damage, with the marina named as additional insured. We do not insure it.
